FBV: UNBELIEVABLE! Bonin Proposes ANOTHER Homeless Housing Project for Venice Boulevard!

UNBELIEVABLE!

As unbelievable as it may be, we just learned that late last year Mike Bonin brought a council motion proposing a second homeless housing project [view Bonin’s motion] on Venice Blvd. — this one on the eastern edge of Venice between Venice High School and Mark Twain — bringing the total number of new projects in our immediate vicinity to 7:

Seems like only yesterday we thought 6 was excessive for a small 3 square mile community …
We will keep you posted on future developments.
In more positive news, the Venice Neighborhood Council unanimously passed a motion last night setting forth an extensive list of issues to be addressed in the Environmental Impact Report (“EIR”) for the Reese Davidson Community (a.k.a. Monster on the Median). So a big thank you to the VNC!
