Lincoln Apartments

As of February 2020. these are the Venice projects currently on the books for development.

The most pressing current project is the VCHC Lincoln Apartment plan adjacent to St. Marks.   Here is a ten minute primer on the issue, which is quickly coming the VNC’s LUPC committee.  This should be an all out call for attendance!

VCHC is, of course, promoting this project to their fans.  In their most recent newsletter, they list all the events where it will be discussed, and they are rallying their troops through asking them to attend as well as a letter writing campaign.  Please make a note of these important dates.  We will also remind you because we need voices at these meetings.
